Corinne, I am hoping you can help me. Recently, we had an electrical storm that caused at least four outages/restorations of electricity within less than an hour. It messed up my computer big time. Had to take it in for repair. The repairman said it would be better to do a clean install of the Windows Insider Preview Pro that I had on my computer, but I would probably have to reinstall some items. I had purchased the subject app and would like to reinstall it. But I can't figure out how to do so without paying again, and I truly can't do that after all the expenses of the repair work. Will you advise me, please. Thanks.
Oh, sorry, to hear about that. But, at least I can help you on the track to get Malwarebytes Pro again without it costing anything. Just go to https://support.malwarebytes.com/community/consumer/pages/contact-us and create a Ticket. After you get your license key again, be sure to store it in a safe place.
If you have any problems, let me know.
Oh my goodness, Corrine. Reading your message, I decided to look in my external drive and found my license key. Thank you so much for the hint.

Back again, Corinne. I downloaded the app, but cannot activate it. When I click the activate button, the screen appears, I put in the acitivation code (I could not find an ID code), but no activate button appears. Am I doing something wrong. Thanks.
Hi, Ozzie.
A quick search shows that this has happened to at least one other person before (https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/220416-grayed-out-activate-license-button/). I suggest either creating a new topic in the same Malwarebytes 3 Support (https://forums.malwarebytes.com/forum/41-malwarebytes-3/) forum or creating a ticket from the link above.
Ozzie hello..check your pm box :)
where did he go.........?? LOL
