Microsoft released KB5018482 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/october-25-2022-kb5018482-os-builds-19042-2193-19043-2193-and-19044-2193-preview-42a9588e-da20-4de4-aad3-053fa32c03c1) (OS Builds 19042.2193, 19043.2193, and 19044.2193) optional "C" release preview cumulative updates with non-security improvements and fixes.

This update makes quality improvements to the servicing stack, which is the component that installs Windows updates. Update:  To get the update, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
