Please critique my new protection "program"

I just added Counterspy to Ad-aware SE Plus, Spybot and Norton Anti-Virus 2005, all the latest versions:

1. I also just set all to run regularly: Counterspy daily, Ad-aware every other day, Spybot every day and Norton five times per week. This was done arbitrarily, without any logic. I'm considering ruiing all four every day. By the way I have had very few virus/spyware/adware issues.

2. Counterspy and Ad-aware are set to auto-quarantine problems. Spybot is set to fix problems (I see from the the sticky that I just read that this could be dangerous if it fixes "black" font issues and could louse up my system. Since a have Windows XP Pro with SP2, Spybot does make a copy prior to changes.). The only reason I did this was to automate everything since I had been doing everything manually and wanted a change. But If the Spybot decision was a dumb one, I can change it. If I do so, I ssume that I'd have to go back into Spybot at some point of the day and make a decision about what to do with the identified issues.

3. I've added some of the tools/steps that lookied good to me: Spybot-SDHelper, TeaTimer, Immunize; Ad-aware-VX2 Cleaner, OE/W Messengerctrl, not Messenger-Control (since I disabled it plus Counterspy and Norton control this); Counterspy-I kept the defaults that enabled 54 of the 56 Protection Monitors (all except for Script Blocking and Process Exection; I have no idea whether or not the last two should be enabled or remain disabled); Norton-Symantec NetDetect and Internet Worm Protection (a firewall; I understand that Zone Alarm would be an improvement).

4. I run the following scan processes: Counterspy-intelligent quick scan with cookies, Ad-aware-smart scan; Spybot-I don't think it gives me a choice; Norton-full system scan.  I have no idea if the sequence is important but here is the running order: Counterspy, Spybot, Ad-aware, Norton.

I would welcome any advice since I'm a novice in this area. Thank you.

As for Ad-aware I Recommend the you do a smartscan Daily and a Full Scan Weekly unless your Smart Scan finds items then I recommend you do a full Scan.
then if need be post a full logfile.
and remember to use the WebUpdate just before you scan.
(there is not always one to download but at least you will always be up to date )
And as for your other programs I would scan depending up on your surfing habits
(I personally scan using them all once a day)
there are some other programs such as SpyBlaster & IE-SPYAD that you may want to take a closer look at they both are good programs that I recommend.
