I'm afraid you got this one a bit wrong.  This is a true story and it actually took place in Ohio (6 floors is about as high as the buildings in Ohio go).  The truth of the matter is not that the women were impossible to please, rather they were curious as to whether such a phenomenon actually exists.   ;)
