MADISON (WKOW) -- Christina Parker, like many people, enjoys taking pictures with her smart phone. She says she would often take a picture of her dog and post them on Twitter. Then one day she received an ominous tweet from a web site called "icanstalku.com", telling her they know where she lives.

"I thought it was a little scary," Christina said. "They were accurate to my location from my house. So my immediate response was, 'What happened, how do you know where I am?'"

Christina's photo contained GPS information, called "geotags." They are embedded by her smart phone every time she posted a photo from her phone online.
