Privacy Concern

In an effort to protect my privacy, I currently use DoNotTrackMe by Abine.
I have in the past used Ghostery and Disconnect.

I am, however, not sure which is the most effective/best one.
Any advice please?
My browser is Firefox.

I think you're covered just fine. You might want to look at Better Privacy which deals with LSO's, https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/betterprivacy/?src=search

Try searching for your name. Use both Google and Bing. Out of curiosity, I searched gr277 +Basil and found nothing on Google. Bing had a handful of forum posts and Blog comments (Donna's, BillP's and my SecurityGarden).

Yes, I have been using Better Privacy for some time now. It is "catching" one or two LSO's a day. I have also updated my forum signature to properly reflect my "defence".

I searched my name and, as you say, there is hardly anything there. Amazed and pleasantly surprised... :dance:
