That video illustrates what I learned some years ago from Sean O'Driscoll, who at the time was "Microsoft General Manager, Customer Service and Support Community and MVP".  No mater how small, a "random act of kindness" is something that everyone can make a part of their every day life.



"3 people helped each day, "paid forward" by each person helps 4.7M people in two weeks."
