Yes, Delfix is a handy little tool.  It makes it much easier to to take care of the files and resultant logs.  As to JRT, your machine was essentially "clean".  I just added JRT as an "extra".   It is generally useful when there are a lot of adware/PUP types of files that were on the computer.

I think the cleanup has made browsing a bit zippier too, which is always nice.
