chrome opens with small pages above the taskbar

Need to be able to get full page with google chrome

I don't use the Google Chrome browser but found this article: How to Make Google Chrome Open in Full Screen Mode.

Although it is old, if the above doesn't work, perhaps this thread at Google Chrome Help will solve the problem.

I think it's the second solution, Corrine. It sounds like the preview thumbnail.

I used the zoom and full page, and in settings made sure always use display 1
and deleted chrome and downloaded it and rebooted,all is working good now.
Not sure which one did the honors
