Hello I am back again...I was wondering if system restore might be responsible? I used it once when I had so much troubles after installing latest updates. Just a thought...hugs, Rose

Hello, I have good news...everything worked great now... :thumbsup: A phone man came over to help me. He installed a brand new modem and also brand new broadband wireless router which I just brought....Finally! I want to thank you all who tried to help me....I appreciated you guys.... :hug: Rose
