Lost in a Balloon

Three men are floating around in a hot air balloon.  They soon find that they are lost, and have no idea where they are.  They start drifting through a canyon and one of the men says "I have an idea.  We can call for help in this canyon and the echo will carry our voices far enough for someone to hear us."

So he leans out of the basket and yells "HELLOOOOOOOOO!  ANYONE KNOW WHERE WE ARE!?!"

Half an hour later, there comes a reply, "HELLOOOOOOOOOO! YOU'RE LOST!"

One of the men says "That must be a Microsoft service tech!"

Puzzled, one of the other men asks "How do you know that?"

"Three reasons:  First, He took a long time to answer, Secondly, he was absolutely correct, and thirdly, His answer was completely useless"
