PANDA.com is infected / Win32:CTX son just attempted to run a test on computer

and AVAST detected this worm/virus..... just a heads up on this one and also trend house call is acting strange tonight....or it is his computer....???!!!!

I have run out of remedies for this internet connections issue... if anyone can explain  why on a router  he can not get online  after a reboot

but if he hooks to modem directly can remain connected via the router until a reboot then tell me what is with this and how to remmedy

this is one puzzle that totally eludes me...

could just be a "false positive" from avast !!!!
last week they called several programs as being bugged !!!
i always say do some research before you quarentine things because of a a/v !
they called my html editor as bugged, but the next day with the update they called it safe so it happens a bit too often,

sounds like a router setting? not a expert on them as still on dialup

thanks mitch we are looking into the router but it seems any other computer can get on except his on any port.. I think it is registry issues or possibly hardware
I even went so far as to ask the ISp if they ban his computer from the server.. LOL
