I agree.  Let's just move the clocks 1/2 hour back this fall.  We can then forget about Spring Ahead and Fall Back.  We'll have perpetual Half-Time.

Some places don't change.  Arizona comes to mind.  I guess the closer to the equator, the less necessary it is.  Some places are off by 1/2 hour and at least one is off by 20 minutes.  I personally don't mind the change, but I wish ALL the clocks in the house would change by themselves (computer's time, radio controlled clocks).
