XAUpdate ??

I just got Zone Alarm.  And one of the alerts that I got was for XAUpdate Applkications from XAUpdate.exe

I don't know what this is.  At this point I denied it, but thought I would ask to see if anyone here knows what it is and what it is for and if I should allow it or deny it again?

Hello, Kaloho    do you have an active popup blocker as in like Panic ware popup blocker if you do I think that's whats trying to access the net so as it can update..
