Could someone please tell me how to turn off file sharing in Limewire Pro? Thank you

Thank you very much for that link - I had searched too - I was concerned because the instructions both call for setting the upload bandwidth to 0 and I don't see that when i call up the Uploads under Tools/Options. But I have cleared out all the files, etc. and unchecked the box at the bottom. Hope this does it. thank you very much for your help.
