Hi  :)

FYI.

Sometimes there is good news to read in the news, especially this one  :

QuoteThe US government has moved to shut down sellers of fake security software.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has won a restraining order that stops several sellers of "scareware" from continuing to trade.
Millions of people are thought to have been caught out by the software which, once installed, issues false alerts about viruses and illegal porn.
The FTC is pursuing further legal action to win a permanent ban on those peddling the scareware.

QuoteTo me its publicity..  And these are the reasons why..

Fighting against cybercrime sometimes seems to me like a neverending story without any results at all. We are alot of people who have been fighting against the cybercrime and the crap which have been going on and still are over the years, but it does not help a dime if our governments including the gorvernment in my own country don't do anything seriously to try stop the problems. It is very easy to close down a few companies and stop some distribuators spreading out the fake software, spam and visa versa now and then. I know it is not easy at all, but IMHO it will be a f...... good idea if the problems was grabbed by its roots instead of solving the problems the easy way. It is always easy to jump over the fence where it is very low instead of where it is not so easy no matter what it is about. Yet another problem is that if we want to stop the cybercrime it means more control and again more control which there indeed for some dirty reasons is very to much of in this dunderheaded world. And indeed I can't really see the reason why us who uses our computers and the net legally is to be punished by limited access to what you and I and we are paying alot of money for  because of dirty deeds made by a bunch of cybercriminals around the globe. The net was ment to be a good place for all from the very beginning, but now and then I personally really do have the experience that noone want it to be a good place at all.
