It appears that MBAM caught it all then before it was able to infiltrate deeper into your computer. 

The following is merely to do a bit of cleanup, including the downloaded file for ewido, which is now obsolete.

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following, making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:

O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {CD67F990-D8E9-11d2-98FE-00C0F0318AFE} - (no file)
O16 - DPF: {193C772A-87BE-4B19-A7BB-445B226FE9A1} (ewidoOnlineScan Control) - http://downloads.ewido.net/ewidoOnlineScan.cab

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Please do the following to implement cleanup procedures an also to reset System Restore points:

Click Start > Run  and copy/paste the following bolded text into the Run box and click OK:  ComboFix /u

I have been clean for many years it's getting hard to be safe. :(

I notice leftover entries from AOL, AVG, IESpell, One-care and Lavasoft should I be safe and just leave them?

I was thinking of doing a system restore to gain back that folder I lost and save me time re-doing the shortcuts. What do you think?
