Excellent!  You can uninstall the ESET Online Scanner if you wish.  Then please do the following to implement cleanup procedures and also to reset System Restore points:

Click Start > Run and copy/paste the following bold text into the Run box and click OK:

ComboFix /Uninstall

After a shutdown/restart, it would be a good idea to do a fill system scan with your working-again TM A/V program.
