shound I pay to use Imageshack?

or please recommend a site for me , and hopefully a  free site

I only plan on saving some Snagit captures to store on a  Image hosting site

I've used Photobucket for a long time.  I would work perfectly for your purposes:  Photobucket - Official Site.

I also use a paid site Walagata for $9.99/year

because I store more than just images.
