Adding a link to the IEBlog:  Microsoft Edge is the browser for Windows 10.

With the start of the Build conference, there was more than the announced name for the browser today.  A summary of some of the information presented:  Welcoming Developers to Windows 10.

You can tell by how plain the text, toolbars, and icons are that it clearly is meant for handhelds. :( Even the Windows 10 and the 4 pane window are in plain white with a solid blue background.
