I forced deleted 3 things on my android tablet.
One was an android icon
The other 2 I'm not sure what they were.I was trying to clean up the tablet.
Now I can't download apps from my desktop computer.
I can't  download with the playstore icon on the tablet either

I did reset the tablet to factory recovery ,that didn't help any.

I finally got the page I need I think with the icon door opened but it is open
with a red exclamation mark on it.
My android system recovery  is on top of page but in red.I can't click on that.
I can manuever to the following things.
Reboot system now
apply update from adb
wipe cache partition
apply update from internal storage
apply update from cache no command

Reboot system now â€" can be used to simply restart your device.

Apply update from ADB â€" can be used to install a software update through a computer.

Apply update from external storage â€" can be used to install an update file from a memory card.

Wipe data factory reset â€" can be used to hard reset your device without having to access its settings.

Wipe cache partition â€" erases temporary data that gets saved to your unit through daily use.

Apply update from cache â€" can be used to apply an update file from the /cache folder of your cell phone or other Android device.

I doubt that Reboot now will make a difference but try it.

You also do not want any of the three apply update options because adb is android develop bug (you are not a developer), you have nothing on external storage (I think you typed internal but that hasn't been a choice in any article I read) and since you don't have an update file on your table, apply update from cache would not do anything.

The final choice to try is wipe cache partition.

If neither of those two options work, keep trying by pressing the correct buttons (usually volume up and power at the same time).

Thanks again for the help.
I think maybe if I could find my original software and feed it in from my desktop.I don't know how to do that, but it's the only thing I can think of now.
My tablet is a generic no name from C hina. I have tried all the recoveries without any help from them.

Because it is a no brand generic, finding the exact factory software would be like looking for a needle in a haystack.
