Im curious if anyone knows much about Win98se here?

I have had a 0byte file in my system directory since 28/9/15

I have no idea what created this... I cant delete it.. UIf I goto DOS it doesnt exist!

I dont wanna mess anything up but does anyone know how to delete such a file?

The fact that you can actually boot a computer running Window 98Se is interesting since it reached end of life on June 30, 2002 and end of extended support on July 11, 2006.

That said, since the file has 0 bytes and was created over 10 years ago, just ignore it.

Why do you feel the need to delete it?

A friend I made on another site helped me thru DOS and I typed this in system directory..

deltree *.* /p

The /p listed every file and asked if  I wanted to delete it.. I kept pressing N until that file showed up..
