Question about Ad-aware SE

I have latest ad-aware se (free) and I want to ask if you know where I can find information about right settings to use. I know there is help information in ad-aware but I am little confused what it mean....I heard it is best to leave uncheck *always try to unload modules before deletion* from tweaks-cleaning engine...I don't know. I think I have default settings...Will you help me out?

Also I Recommend the you do a smartscan Daily and a Full Scan Weekly unless your Smart Scan finds items (Other than Tracking Cookies) then I recommend you do a full Scan.
then if need be post a full logfile.
and remember to use the WebUpdate just before you scan.
(there is not always one to download but at least you will always be up to date )

I don't understand this one

Note:  Some Files and Folders may be Hidden, by design. Please ensure that "Show Hidden Files and Folders" is enabled. (Instructions: How to make Windows show all files).  Reverse this process after your system is clean

Show hidden files and folders already enabled in my pc....does that mean disable whenever I use ad-aware scan pc? I have to leave enable because I have too many files showing up everywhere and  I was not happy. I can tell because files looked transparent.

Some Files and Folders may be Hidden, by design. Please ensure that "Show Hidden Files and Folders" is enabled.

This just warns you that windows by default hides away some folders so that if you want to alter any of them you have to go tell your PC to "Show Hidden Files and Folders"
