Hey Folks,
Good news!
I was just at Symantec support on an issue of my own, and happened to notice a specific mention of this exact same "error" message.  Doesn't sound like a serious problem.  :thumbsup:

that page ALSO explains why the error went away. -- i kept doing various things to try to solve the problem... when i ran LIVE UPDATE, and rebooted, i STILL got the error. but, like the article said, sometimes you have to reboot 2x. (i'd thought a system restore "fixed" it -- but it must've been live update + rebooting a couple times.)

MAN, these machines can be finicky.
