Not sure who on this board will be using FTP software, but I have to recommend:

I was using Core FTP before, but just switched to this one and love it. Heard about it from Mikey's stuff.
Beta. Software undergoes beta testing shortly before it's released. Beta is Latin for 'still doesn't work.'

Ah interesting stuff....

I have been currently using SmartFTP, and have been using it for a while now. I shall check out Tunnelier :)
