I don't see a problem here, Old Charlie, and no reason showing as to why you cannot access the LS forums.  If you still cannot get there, you could try clearing your cache and temporary internet files.

You have some heavy-duty anti-malware software installed on your computer.  Come renewal time, you may want to consider whether you really need all three:  Ad-Aware SE Plus, CounterSpy v2 and SUPERAntiSpyware Pro.  I'm not certain, but doesn't NAV 2007 also include anti-malware?

Thank You very much, Corrine, for your help and advice!

I used to have CS 1.5 but had to totally remove it from my computer last September because of constant hanging and very high CPU usage.  An e-mail arrived in early Feb. stating that I could install CounterSpy v2 using the same key; hence I did.
Disabling the Phising Filter had no effect in accessing the LS site. (That is the only site that gives me the problem)
CCleaner does the job of cleaning out the "clutter"
