Phew!  After some headaches, the new gallery is in place, and I uploaded some pictures from the walk.  At work we shared our images with each other, so I'll see if I can grab a few more from there.

What took so long is I integrated the gallery with my blog, so now there's a image thingy along the right side that one can click to see whatever random image loaded there.  I also manually added a Gallery link along the top menu bar.

Ah, the joys of administring one's own server and website.  Do they make enough alcohol? ;)
