I just happened upon this thread! It mentioned food which of course got my full attention.
I have always wanted to have my own restaurant. Being full blood Cajun I inherited the cooking gene. (and the eating one too)
So how goes the permit work and the tests?
I hope you are moving along and serving food to those hungry travelers
