Being totally new to broadband - what are regarded as good D/L U/L speeds?  Is there anything to do to speed things up or avoid conflicts?  My antenna is quite small and sits on my windowsill.

OK - max speed from ISP is 800 and it runs between 600 and 800 so OK.  Thanks for the tip.
