I am glad that all "cousins" in the US seem to have had a great Thanksgiving.

What I want to know is, why we don't celebrate it in the UK..... :wub:

Not only that, but it should also be a Bank Holiday.... :tease:

Thanksgiving is an American Holiday celebrating the meal that the pilgrims shared with the Indians after the first harvest.
After the pilgrims almost starved the year before because they did not have enough food, the Indians had helped the pilgrims plant crops that would grow here in America,  

make any difference to me, as I am already retired, and to me every day is a Bank Holiday

I seem to work harder now than ever I did before I retirement.
