The garbage is normally emptied on a Wednesday but for some reason they did not turn up to empty your wheelie bin.

Wheelie bin design does not meet local "bear proof" standards, but it might serve for recycling paper.

Recycling paper is definitely not on my mind when I crumple the daily news each morning and stuff it under the kindling to light my campfire. :breakkie:
