Virus won't let me run Malwarebytes or Spybot S&D

You are welcome, Tomcat14.  Please let us know if you have further problems.  I'll contact a couple Microsoft Zune MVPs I know and see if they have any information.

@Winchester73 -- thanks for that link.  I haven't had any problems with the Zune itself but several times the program on the computer has become corrupt and won't play from the computer.  My solution has been removing and re-installing the software but will try that tool should I have connection problems (so far that hasn't been an issue).

Since you have XP Home, installing SP3 should not cause any problems for your Zune.
