The code SpyDie referres to is this code:
Add the word "username" within brackets [ ] and the user reading it will see his name. For instance, you will see [username]  "  (philsharp)" here. But I will see "Die Hard".And SpyDie will see "SpyDie".

There are other useful codes. Put your cursor over "bbc" in bold and you will get the information of what the abbreviation stands for :) BBC
