My computer gets Hanged,Please help

My Computer gets hanged,and my broadband internet [Landline]also does not start even after re-start of computer for nearly 20-30 minutes ,when I start viewing any video in Firefox browser and some more browsers also ,but especially not in Google chrome.I updated adobe flash player also.I am using Panda cloud Anti-virus free version is functioning ok with automatic updates.Please help me with solution.G.Muralidharan.
