Hey Corrine, first off I want to thank you for all the time and attention you have given my troubles.   I'm having some serious issues.  I ran CF with the script you provided and it produced a log.  My fiance needed to use the computer to pay a bill and I was busy unloading groceries so I decided just to switch to her User account.  I think that was a mistake bc it brought up her User then froze to the point I had to do a hard reboot.  Now upon booting my machine freezes at the first command line where it is recognizing system devices.  The only way I can get it to boot is to enter the boot menu and select the hard drive as the boot source even though it is set at default.  Do you have any idea what happened and what I can do to fix it?  Also the CF log is obviously gone from my desktop.  Is there a location I can look in to retrieve it?  Running CF deleted my network adapter again so I'd rather not run it again if the log is present somewhere.  Thanks again!!

Hi, Mike. 

1.  ComboFix works on the whole computer so switching user accounts wasn't a good idea.  Please see if System Restore solves the problem.  The best date/time would be something from around 11/07/2013  21:50 (9:50 PM).

2.  Please copy/paste C:\ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt  2013-11-08 03:01 in your next reply.
