It takes awhile to be offered. One of my computers was offered it immediately. My other about 5 days later. I didn't realize I hadn't updated my husband's laptop until he got a popup about a month after it was out! He always calls me when he gets popups because he doen't want to do anything stupid. (He never clicks links in emails or desktop popups which has kept his computers clean).

Ok I am lost i guess..my version shows the same as their forum post (4.1.0.56 component update, version 1.0.867)
Now the version you have posted is a newer one and when downloaded and installed I STILL have the version posted and on my GUI

Malwarebytes 4.1.2.73 component update 1.0.990 5 has been released.

In addition to new features and other fixed issues, it also addresses the performance issue in Windows 10 2004.  See https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/257102-malwarebytes-41/?tab=comments#comment-1396220 for additional information about the update.

I am running v 4.1.2.73, update package 1.0.28155 and component package 1.0.1003
My scan is set for auto every Friday morning. No problem there. Since nothing is ever found, I usually go in and delete reports so I only have the last 2 reports listed.
This morning I tried to delete the report from July 24. It asked if I wanted to delete it. I said yes but it stubbornly remains listed.

I then choose the eye to look at the report and it gives a site from January 14th that was blocked. I then downloaded the text file and it gives a site that was blocked on January 14th too. It doesn't have anything about July 24th.

So I looked at the July 31st scan and it gives me something from December 13th 2019.
Last I looked at yesterday's scan, August 7th; it lists something from July 4th of this year.

Malwarebytes was updates this morning so perhaps something is happening with this particular update.

Does anyone else have strange behavior?

Hmmm. I am getting some strange behavior this morning too. Totally different from yours.

I hovered over the Notification Tray icon to verify version. All I see is 4.1.2. So I right-clicked and selected Open Malwarebytes and I get the little circling icon, then nothing. Malwarebytes does not open same with double-clicking. Exited MB and started it again, same thing. So I am going to reboot now and see what happens. Stand by.
