After entering, the Exchange Server 2013 lost all the letters. No applications were not installed. No viruses have been observed. A couple of days ago it worked.
I use Win 8.1 x64 platform.

Someone knows that happened?

Hi, gangstereo.  The one person here I believe could assist has been very busy lately and that is something I am not familiar with.  However, Diane Pkoremsky, a long-time Microsoft MVP may have suggestions.  She maintains two sites, listed below.  There are forums associated with the Slipstick site so if you don't find anything on either website, you may get an answer there.  Both websites have a search feature so hopefully you can narrow down the problem.

A bit late, but something that just occurred to me -- have you tried this:  Restore deleted email messages in Outlook.com - Outlook.com help?

Most of the effective solutions for solving issues with .edb files often is applied eseutil, but in cases it doesn't work make use of EDB Open File Tool, it demo version located on https://www.openfiletool.com/edbopen.html
