I missed the anniversary.  I miss Freedomlist.  But I still have the memories!

Corrine

At least we can still stay in touch here, Boz.

Im glad I can talk to you all here :)

EDIT:

No, there hasn't been any sign of Al.

Hard to believe that next May it will be 20 years ago that FL started.

In addition to Al, I wonder whatever happened to other old Freedomlist friends that haven't showed up here?  In no particular order:

bruce bailey (Registered LzD 11/2015)
Curt
blsJason
drchaps
waltky
sambrone
curious john
aci-john
Others?

Oh, okay.  Thanks for the link to R Vijay's profile!

Apparently Bruce Bailey is alive and still repairing musical instruments.

sambrone started a forum, like Al, then 5 or so years ago disappeared.

Good detective work, as always, plodr!  Although Bruce Bailey hasn't visited here in a while, it is good to see that he is regularly active with his profile there showing Last Activity Today 03:41 AM!

It took me a while to get through all 85 pages of the membership list, but here are a few other former Freedomlist people who at least have registered at Landzdown:

captaintripps
eln lou
ghost (?)
gopher john.

But most of these have nearly no activity and have not been heard from in years.

Time passes. . . .   (Sigh!)

Yeah, good ol' Freedomlist. I missed those sometimes spirited posts I had back and forth which, fortunately, didn't go too far. All in all, for its time, it was a rather enlightening experience being at FL. RIP Freedomlist. ;D :)
