IMHO: The first part of the question precludes anything prior to the forming of the United States. The last part of the question seems to call for some sort of official action.

I'd play the game but I don't burn disks any more. It is easier to store on USB sticks, sd/microsd cards, or portable hard drives.

I used to burn music CDs. Now I have three mp3 players and several external portable speakers. That's how I play music in our cars. (They are older so don't have the fancy plugs to hook up something).

As for movies, I store them on sd cards or microsd cards so I can watch them on a netbook or tablet.
