Yes, CoU is down. In fact, it is no more. The servers were shut down on Thursday. :(

Yes for things that happened to fast COU now closed and we don't have the database so all is lost. To all the Members of COU over the many years thanks for you support!

Potentially but then again you will be shocked the amount of times people say "ahhhhhhh the backups were failing and we didn't know!"
