Sorry, Mary Ann, but you continue not carefully reading my instructions. I feel that the only thing I do here is repeating and repeating the same things, and you just jump or ignore instructions. I clearly said SELECT ALL THE DETECTED ITEMS AND CLICK ON QUARANTINE/REMOVE. You didn't do that.

You must read the instructions carefully and ask if you have a question before reaching to the end and post something extremely irrelevant.

Once again, I'll post the instructions for running Malwarebytes. Sorry, I can't be clearer than that.

• Open Malwarebytes.
• Click the little gear on the top right (Settings) and when it opens, click the General tab. Under the title Windows Security Center, make sure the option is disabled.
  
• Click the Scan and Detections tab and under the Scan options title, enable Scan for rootkits option. Do not change any other option.
  
• Return to the Dashboard and choose Scan.
  
• When finished, you will see the Threat Scan Summary window open.
  
  If threats are found (and in your case threats were found), make sure that all threats are selected, and click on Quarantine/Remove selected. When it finishes, restart the computer.
  
  • Open Malwarebytes again, click on the Scanner, and then on the Reports tab.
    
  • Find the report with the most recent date and double click on it.
    
  • Click on Export and then Copy to Clipboard.

Export to TXT

Click on Copy to Clipboard. Then, come here, right click and paste.

/What I didn't understand was that when you click clipboard the log is automatically copied and I just had to click paste once I got here. I was looking for a log in a clipboard folder. It's easy once it clicks in my brain.

So, my computer is clean of malware and other threats and I'm not susceptible to being hacked again? is there anything I can do to keep it clean?

Before I give you some security tips, lets remove the tools we used and create a new restore point. This is the last set of instructions for you. Remember: careful reading first. ;)

Download KpRm by kernel-panik and save it to your desktop.

• Right-click kprm_(version).exe and select Run as Administrator.
  
• Read and accept the disclaimer.
• When the tool opens, ensure all boxes under Actions are checked.
  
• Under Delete Quarantines select Delete Now, then click Run.
  
• Once complete, click OK.
  
• A log will open in Notepad titled kprm-(date).txt.
  
• Please copy and paste its contents in your next reply.

Note: If there is a warning about this tool, go on to download it, since it is a false/positive. Choose More info and continue from there.

Before I start the above I want to mention that I'm getting a window every time I start my computer, it says.
