I put "https://dns.quad9.net/dns-query" in Custom at this time. The image is a little dated but still workable.

Firefox isn't alone with this capability.  Although the Bleeping Computer article refers to the DEV Channel of Insider Builds, both the Beta and Preview Builds are now past Build 19628 which means that this feature will most likely be included in the 20H2 update expected this month.

How to enable DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) in Windows 10 (https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/how-to-enable-dns-over-https-doh-in-windows-10/)

Note also that with PaleMoon includes the option for Proxy DNS when using SOCKS (v5) under > Tools > Advanced > Settings.

Good to know as PaleMoon is my backup browser.
