are u in the usa? grate news!
« on: November 06, 2008, 04:21:54 PM »
comrades, comrades, comrades!

it is a new day, an historic day. the sun rose on beautifully cool weather, as if nature itself, global warming itself is breathing a sigh of relief!

why on the radio on the way to work, i heard jubilant comrades expressing great joy that soon, maybe even tomorrow! we will have:

lower cost student loans
better education
no more war
health care for all
a booming economy
jobs for all who want them
...and money for those who don't...

comrades, it is time to celebrate!

ps
yeah, i posted this on another forum...

It will probably get more of a reaction there, particularly since lewmur's reference resulted in a call to the "forum police".

i am simply amused at the nation, at the broadcast media.

it's like paradise has come to earth, at last.

something everyone seems to overlook is,
the only "new" thing in DC is the pres-elect himself.
everyone else is from former presidents staff.

so, with the house, senate & white house filled with the same stale old carp, how is the "change" going to occur??

The general rule for economic changes to have an impact is anywhere from 6 -10 years.  So, in the meantime, I'm considering changing my name to Corrine Bank of USA so I can get a bail-out.
