 :help: I did that once, just to see if I could resurrect my computer after!!  It was a success, but I don't think I'll be doing it again ANY time soon!!! Took a lot of work and hours and days to straighten it out!   Whew!!!  And I had all my "protectors" already installed and lined up.   :stupid:  It was an unreal experience! That went VERY much like that clip.

fortunately, xp is a bit more hardened than 2000 was.

but, i have seen pc's where adaware  or spybot comes up with over 1,000 problems, and the other comes up with another 500.

at that point: reload.
