As gannin up yem like.
This is one of my twice yearly visits to see the family in the North East and I will be gone for 1 week, but I do not know the dates yet.

Jasper The Rasper,

Not sure of that "As gannin up yem like."  But do get the twice yearly visits to family.  I try for that too.

But still wondering..."How did you find out about Lanzdown?"  I am excited that you are here...and if you have to leave for a week...we gonna miss you.

I have known the site for quite a while now and just never got around to joining until recently, and of course I know quite a few of the staff from other sites so in a way it is just like home from home.
You should have a go at "As gannin up yem like." It is not that hard really.

I will remember about the speed limits GR@PH;<'S, thank you for the warning.

I believe that to mean = "I am (As) going  (gannin) up (up) home (yem), you see (like)". There are interesting dialects in the North East, heavily influenced by the Vikings and other Scandinavians and I wouldn't want to say whether Jasper the Rasper is Geordie or Durham, but I don't think that he is a Monkeyhanger.

See this page to learn a little more about the North East dialect.

You have it translated perfectly Eric, and just in case you are curious I am not a Geordie, but I come from near Durham city.
That is a great link as well, I dont hear the accent very often down hear and it is good to see how it looks.

i think you will find that most of the main players are over 21, and some of us have celebrated the 3 rd anniversary of it
don't type funny ( txt msg and text message slang , we use full words)

he made a honest typo and it is not funny
and if you would have PM'ed him or posted just a typo with a happy face it would have generated a quick reply and apology

LET IT GO !!! all you are doing is getting a few folks upset about it !

I get it now...there are many ppl here at Landzdown that "travel" the security forum circuit as volunteers, or were staff from the old lavasoft forum, but there are still many more LzD not in these categories...I'm still curious.

How did you find out about Landzdown  :uhm:

The site was mentioned to me by another updater, plus I saw it mentioned elsewhere.
