On the lower image, the bannister to the "preacher"s right has a finial on it and the shadow on the deck is wider.

Shelf on the cupboard end
Magnifying glass in the upper left
Hazard sticker on the yellow bin
Stethoscope (probably spelled wrong) red vs. blue or purple or whatever that is
Pencil / needle / something to the left of that furry creature
To the left of the yellow bin, there's a plug or something that has a sticker on the left, and not on the right
She's wearing a sticker or something on the left, not on the right

And then there are 4 more but I'm at work and need to leave to catch the bus...

Ok the remaining 4:

Her collar doesn't have a white stripe on the left in the left photo
The blue pail/whatever has a white set of text or something on the bottom in the left photo, and not in the right photo
On the right in the middle there's a set of bars going / / in the left picture, but there's only one in the right
This last one I'm not sure, but the green hose leading to her left hand seems a little different

This is fun :)  Am I close on these?

tree branch obscuring part of farther left window
photos of the train themselves are slightly different views larger train
blue dot thingy on the far right eaves section
center window of the sectional windows hazier
small whitish dot on last section right missing (building)
little squarish things on the train top rear engine missing
little thing behind the second wheel of the track(tie)or spike
protrusion on engine thing that turns the wheels in unison
far left of red thing different may be due to engine size difference. overall taller and more narrow.
I can't know...?
