To humans the acts of dung beetles aren't particularly attractive.

Particularly attractive drinks of Scotch, unlike yachts, are 'on the rocks'.

Productive fishing techniques result in the catch of tasty lobsters, garnished with steamed clams, an ear of fresh summer corn, a baked potato, and plenty of melted butter.

Melted butter may enhance the enjoyment of lobsters, but lobsters aren't actually fish.

Actually, fish and lobsters are both caught by fishing, as any Maine lobster fisherman will tell you, and melted butter sure does make a lobster taste like Heaven on Earth.

On Earth lobsters are considered invertebrates, and Fish are definitely vertebrates.

Definitely, vertebrates exist, and although I've been told it's there, I've never actually seen my backbone.

Rain ... event cancelled ... tent entered ... seats taken ... beers popped.

Beers popped their tops after being left in the car during a Vermont winter.

Vermont winter prep, like most of New England, includes six layers of clothing, wood for the fire, a pantry full of food, an AM radio with fresh batteries, a good flashlight, a box of wooden 'strike anywhere' matches, and a snow shovel.

Snow shovel handles should have fewer splinters.

Fewer splinters will occur if the mahogany is finely sanded and then finished into gleaming brightwork with a nice lacquer.

Nice lacquer smells just as bad as cheap lacquer.
