Ain't that the truth!

Today what made me smile was laughing at myself as I described my ordeal last night, which was EASTER'S Fault!!!

It is written in the "What is your Weather Doing" thread!  You're gonna have to go there to read it!  lol  That makes me smile even more....making you all work for it! lol  :muahaha:

What Made You Smile Today?

Shame on me, tsk tsk.

But.....skittlespc slipped and fell off her bike and skinned her little knee last night, in a driving windy rainstorm.
Oh boy! I feel almost as good that time i was 9 years old, just like that time i pushed that girl over in the bushes for marking on my face with her red lipstick. (Yuck) Didn't she know a simple Kiss would have brought a more favorable response?

I had some money to spare and was able to buy some wood to my house.
There are a lot of work still to do, but I am now able to finish the hallway, with wooden ceiling.
When this is done, the house will be enough insulated so that I can move in.

The kitchen and bathroom still needs to be renovated (and the major costs will be there) but for now I´m happy to be able  to move out from the trailer I´ve lived in for the last 6 months.

I'm happy to hear about that change 8) 'cause I'm pretty convinced that you've not lived a "party-party-life" like the Stones on a 70:s or 80:s World Tour with their enormous Mobile Truck.
As a house-owner there's always projects available, but it must be great to see the results when a step is finished. 8)

We saw some apartments for rent online in the area we want to live in Gothenburg, which was not too bad price wise.  Now if there will be some available when we get there.  lol

I made the last strokes with the paintbrush on the window frames in my new home tonight.
I have been living in a caravan for the last 6 months, and this nextcoming weekend I´ll move in to the house.
There are still things to do, but it´s ready enough to live in as it is now.

You are all invited to a house warming party

It´s not a big house, about 55 square meters (don´t ask me what it makes in sq.feet) LOL!!  :P :P
But it doesn´t matter, there´s a big garden outside and the coloured lamps are mounted to the trees.
I´m only hoping for good weather.

Lingon Vodka is served (well, brandy for GR@PH;<'S )

I´m thinking of serving crayfish, a special dish eaten at this time of year, swallowed together with lots of vodka.

Music, yes we need music,too.
Why not a dance to those well dressed boys with the flashing name of "Gert Jonny´s"  :tease:

Please don´t bring anything, your precense is gift enough.

Welcome
Die Hard :)

Excellent news!!!  Congratulations.  It is party time!

Now, I know you said not to bring anything, but all I did was grab a couple sweets from the Google Image Shop. :)

and

Someone better make some coffee for GR@PH;<'S.   :breakkie:

55 square meters = 592.01507 square feet.  Plenty enough space to call your own.

:Yahoo: I'm sure your invitation made us all very happy! :Yahoo:

Personally I'm crazy about crayfish and who can give up on some Lingon Vodka.

Your posting confirms that you're still able to reach the computer so the incident in the picture below perhaps didn't occur?

Even if it did happen maybe the paint is more dry by now than the inside of my mouth after seeing those pictures posted (i.e. Gert Jonnys excluded when it comes to a drooling mouth).
I promise to bring a happy smile, and of course I won't be singing too loud! :titanic:

You've got the hang of it Goatie!

The idea is to paint our sweeedish houses in lots of mixed colors, so that the ice-cubes we later on use in our drinks will get that proper rainbow look.
The side effects (memory losses etc.) of all chemichals used in older types of paint also helps a lot on keeping thoughts about hangovers away.
Uhm, wonder why I did post this one? *pooring up another one*
