That is strange.  I tried searching for that KB plus restart and only came up with the standard information that the update requires a restart, nothing about multiple restarts.  If the behavior happens again, it wouldn't hurt to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter and even SFC & DISM.

It's been trouble free all day.
I'm going to shut down overnight, and see what happens in the morning.

Since the update is shown as installed, most likely nothing.  However, it will be telling if you have to go through that with "Update Tuesday" on the 11th.

It booted normally this morning, and everything seems fine.
The next update may be my next opportunity to see if I should run any "fixes".
