No, according to Mary Jo's article, it won't be an option for Windows 10 Home.  Windows 10 Pro users who choose the "Current Branch" also won't have a choice but will get all feature fixes and security updates as they're made available by Microsoft via Windows Update.

Change update settings to 'Download updates but let me choose whether to install them' may be the answer. But will that option be available in Windows 10 Update menu? Just my  :2cents: worth.

Oops!  I was looking for the link to Mary Jo's article that I mentioned in my earlier reply to your question and discovered I hadn't included it.

Indeed, I like articles by both Mary Jo and Ed Bott.  The information about the AMD processor was included in "Known Issues" about Build 10122, Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10122 for PCs.

Note that there are numerous posts on the forum that generally discuss the RTM of Windows10 and thereabouts - they probably should be merged.
HP won't ship PCs with Windows 10 preinstalled until mid-August

Other OEMs are reporting the same - what this means is that new PC's with Windows 10 preinstalled will only ship late summer. Check with your preferred OEM (DELL) if you are planning on purchasing a new PC bundled with Windows10. PC builder shops may have CDs available prior to this vague ship date.
